How long does the course take?
The course takes about 4 hours to complete. You don’t have to finish it all at once. You can stop and pick up right where you left off.
Can I take the course on my phone or tablet?
Yes. The course is fully mobile-friendly. You can take it on any smartphone, tablet, or computer.
What makes this course different from others?
Most online driver improvement courses are page after page of text. Ours is fully animated. You follow along with visuals instead of reading a wall of words. Many students find they can even follow along in the background while doing other things around the house.
What happens after I finish the course?
You’ll receive a certificate of completion that you can submit to the court or DMV. Instructions for submitting your certificate are provided at the end of the course.
How do I pay? Is it secure?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through [payment processor]. We never store your payment information.
Can I get a refund?
If you haven’t completed the course, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll issue a full refund. Once your certificate has been issued, refunds are no longer available.

Do I need to create an account?
Yes. You’ll create your account first, before payment. This is how we verify your identity for state reporting purposes and how your progress gets saved. You’ll set your password during registration, so there’s no separate setup email to wait for.
Why does the course ask me questions about myself while I'm taking it?
Florida requires online course providers to confirm that the person who registered is the person actually completing the course. You’ll answer a few identity questions during registration, and the course will check one of them now and then as you go. It only takes a few seconds.
